Mike Norris, Co-Founder
Mike Norris, co-founder for Synergy Personal Training Studio, has a B.S. in Liberal Studies and is ACE certified. He has trained a wide spectrum of clients from stay-at-home moms to mixed martial arts fighters. Mike’s philosophy is, "exercise to live life."
Mike Arrowood, Co-Founder
Mike Arrowood has a B.S. in Exercise Science and Athletic Training and is the co-founder of Synergy Personal Training Studio. Mike has experience with athletics, along with training the general population. His areas of expertise are athletic performance, strength training, rehabilitation, flexibility, core training and massage.
Chris Swanson
Chris has a four year degree in Exercise Science and has been training clients for over seven years. He's trained golfers and other athletes, and his client's range in age from 11 to 88. Chris focuses on resistance training, joint mobility, flexibility and massage.
Cliff Bosley
Cliff is founder of Red Dog Fitness Systems, a uniquely designed concept emphasizing functional movements. Everyone from beginners to competitive athletes benefit from the combination of calisthenics, weight training, martial arts, nutritional guidance and the latest up to date techniques. Cliff was named "One of the 100 Best Trainers in America" in 2005 by Men’s Journal.
Billy Jones
Billy is an IFPA certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant with over 10 years of experience. He has trained high school athletes specializing in strength, flexibility and plyometrics, as well as, clients looking to decrease body fat, build muscle, and feel better.
Jen Ford
Jen has her B.S. in Sports Administration and is currently working towards her NSCA certification. She has trained a number of athletes as well as everyday people. Jen also has experience running large sports camps.
Jose Chacon
Jose Chacon has been a certified personal trainer for 11 years. Jose will workout your body and mind to get you to lose body fat, get lean, and increase strength and flexibility.
Gloria Goulding
Gloria has 20 years experience in health and fitness industry. She attended the National University of Health Science to become a therapeutic massage therapist. She is certified by National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Gloria has worked in sports rehabilitation centers, chiropractor’s offices, universities, fitness centers, spas and privately in homes. Gloria will incorporate several modalities into a massage; swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and assisted stretching. Gloria will educate you and help you pay attention to how posture affects our overall health and well being. She is also is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
Justin Everett
Justin is a licensed massage therapist as well as a NSCA certified personal trainer with an associate degree in strength, nutrition, and personal training. His training as an Army Ranger gives him knowledge of what the human body is truly capable of and how to perform at the next level. This combination of skills gives him the tools to help you achieve your goals.
